The Consultation

A personal consultation is the best way to understand the uniqueness of your home and belongings. Together we will walk your home to discuss what items will be available for sale and discern the layout of your space. This is also a great time for any questions about our process. The consultation is an excellent starting point to a successful working relationship.

The Contract

At the end of your consultation there will be time for reviewing our contract . We give you the respect and time to decide if signing on is right. There is no pressure to sign immediately as this needs to be a partnership between both parties. Once the contract is signed we go to work advertising your sale right away!

Staging

"Seeing is Buying" - Years of experience allow us to stage your belongings to sell! Not only is presenting your items in their best light important, but so is staging for the flow of how shoppers move through your home.  We elegantly combine these two processes to curate an exemplary shopping experience. 

The Sale

Sale days means SHOWTIME! This is where our plans and actions make impact. Shoppers will be lined-up to enter your sale and met with highly visible, friendly employees in red aprons and vests. Re-staging as items are sold keeps all areas looking fresh and sellable. Checkout is run through professional Square POS systems. Using signs, cones and yard stakes we set a standard of respect for your home and property along with your neighbors properties as well. These are just some of the many details put into practice to execute your sale days impeccably.

Conclusion

Now that your sale has ended there are still important steps left to take place. Many of our clients have plans for how their remaining items will be handled. However, we can also connect you with a charity that will remove unsold items that are in good sellable condition. Your payout check and sales report will be finalized and mailed no later than 6 business days after the completion of your last sale day. We prioritize an expedient and transparent ending process to successfully conclude your Estate Sale!
